• Delivery Time: We strive to dispatch your order promptly. Standard delivery within the Sydney Northern Beaches area typically takes 2 to 3 business days.

• Delivery Charges: Our shipping fees are transparent. For orders above $100, enjoy free shipping. For orders below $100, a flat fee of $10 applies.

• Tracking: Once your order ships, we’ll provide a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your landscaping experience. If you’re not satisfied, here’s our returns policy:

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

• Change of Mind: If you’ve had a change of heart, you can return unused items within 14 days. A restocking fee may apply.

• Refunds: Refunds are processed promptly upon receiving the returned items. Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
